If you call us in the event of a breakdown, you have our word that one of our 12 fully equipped service vans will arrive within 4-8 working hours - and that you will meet a competent, dedicated and up-to-date service technician who can help you quickly.

Perhaps the task can be done with the service car's basic spare parts warehouse. Maybe together you uncover the details of the breakdown - and depending on the time, place and timing, our fitter ensures day-to-day GLS delivery of supplementary parts, assistance from the other fitters, specialist knowledge from the service team in Odense or an urgent delivery of supplementary spare parts from the spare parts warehouse.

Our nationwide service organization, which is divided west/east and consists of 9 permanent fitters, handles both emergency breakdowns, service and repairs and planned annual inspections. The overall planning takes place in Odense, where we also provide support with technical support, contact with our professional hinterland, quotations – just as we can manage and ensure your statutory annual inspections so that all timings are met.
